Dane służą do prowadzenia treningu, historii i porównań.
Mikrofon (RECORD_AUDIO) służy do detekcji, VIBRATE do sygnałów haptycznych, a AD_ID do reklam Google. Podstawowy trening i historia działają lokalnie; zakup, przywrócenie i okresowa weryfikacja PRO wymagają Google Play i połączenia z internetem.
Subskrypcją i historią zakupów zarządza Google Play (punkt 8).
Formularz Google UMP zbiera decyzje dotyczące prywatności tam, gdzie jest wymagany, m.in. w EOG, Wielkiej Brytanii i Szwajcarii.
PRO to opcjonalna, automatycznie odnawiana subskrypcja miesięczna, bez bezpłatnego okresu próbnego. Cenę w lokalnej walucie oraz warunki zakupu pokazuje Google Play przed zatwierdzeniem. Darmowe funkcje pozostają dostępne bez PRO. Płatność obsługuje Google Play: aplikacja nie otrzymuje i nie przechowuje numeru karty ani danych logowania do płatności.
Aby odblokować i przywracać PRO, aplikacja odczytuje z Google Play identyfikator produktu, stan zakupu i odnowienia oraz token i podpisane potwierdzenie zakupu.
W chronionym magazynie systemowym aplikacja zapisuje identyfikator produktu, czas ostatniej udanej weryfikacji i informację o automatycznym odnowieniu.
Możesz złożyć skargę do właściwego organu ochrony danych, w Polsce do Prezesa UODO.
O istotnych zmianach poinformujemy w opisie aktualizacji w Google Play.
DryFire offers free training features and an optional monthly DryFire PRO subscription. No DryFire account is required. The app has no developer-operated server or cloud training sync. Albert Moczadło is responsible for the app and information received when you contact us. Google and providers of services you choose process data under their own terms, as described below.
Results, repetitions, times, scores, assessments, notes, equipment names and calibration profiles, settings, and PRO templates, programmes and schedules are stored on your device. They support training, history and comparisons. We do not send them to a developer server or the advertising module. DryFire has no separate training analytics tool transmitting this data online.
PDF reports are generated locally and stored in the app's archive. If you choose to open or share a report, the selected app or recipient receives its contents under that service's terms. System backups may also include app data (section 5).
With microphone permission, the app processes sound during training with detection enabled, calibration or an active sensitivity test. It analyses signal levels and characteristics to detect shot impulses, without recognising speech. In the version distributed through Google Play, audio is processed only in device memory: we do not save, transmit or share recordings. You can disable detection or revoke permission in Android settings; manual timer features remain available.
Optional PRO stage announcements use the system text-to-speech engine. We provide instruction text, exercise names from the catalogue, repetition counts and par times, not microphone audio. The voice provider selected in Android may download voices or process text online under its own terms. You can disable spoken guidance in the session configuration.
RECORD_AUDIO supports detection, VIBRATE supports haptic signals, and AD_ID supports Google advertising. Ads and consent forms, Google Play Billing and Play services, such as updates and app reviews, use the internet. Opening a link or report, or using a system voice, may start a service from your chosen provider. Basic training and history work locally; buying, restoring and periodically verifying PRO require Google Play and an internet connection.
If Android backup is enabled, the system may back up DryFire data and restore it after reinstallation or a device change. The system backup provider manages this within your account; the DryFire developer has no access. Backup settings and deletion are managed in the system or provider account. Restoring training data does not replace verification of the subscription on your Google Play account.
Training data and local reports remain on your device until deleted. Clearing DryFire app data or uninstalling removes its local data. Backups and previously shared or exported files must be deleted separately. PRO expiry does not delete saved results. The developer cannot remotely read or delete your local database.
Uninstalling or clearing app data does not cancel your subscription. Google Play manages subscriptions and purchase history (section 8). Google and the developer may retain order records, within the information made available by Play, as needed for purchase support, accounting and legal obligations; deleting the app does not remove those records.
DryFire displays Google AdMob banners. PRO is not an ad-removal subscription. Google's SDK may collect and share IP addresses (including approximate location), device and advertising identifiers, app and ad interactions, and diagnostic information such as crashes and performance. These support advertising, measurement and analytics, and fraud prevention. The developer receives reports made available by AdMob, not the contents of your training records. SDK data is encrypted in transit.
Google UMP collects privacy choices where required, including the EEA, UK and Switzerland. Ads start when UMP allows them. Advertising and processing depend on your choices and Google's requirements; non-personalised ads may also use technical data. Where privacy options are available, use Settings → Ad privacy. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in Android settings.
Google's terms: Google Privacy Policy and data from apps using Google services.
PRO is an optional, automatically renewing monthly subscription with no free trial. Google Play shows the local price and purchase terms before confirmation. Free features remain available without PRO. Google Play processes payment: the app does not receive or store card numbers or payment login credentials.
To unlock and restore PRO, the app reads the product ID, purchase and renewal status, purchase token and signed purchase confirmation from Google Play. It verifies the confirmation on-device and acknowledges the purchase through Google Play. It does not send this data to a developer server. Neither the token nor the signed confirmation is saved in our database or application logs.
The app stores the product ID, last successful verification time and automatic renewal flag in protected system storage. This enables offline access for up to 24 hours after verification. The record is updated on subsequent checks and removed when Play confirms there is no active subscription; reaching 24 hours limits access but does not automatically delete the record.
The developer may receive order and settlement information through Play Console, such as order ID and status, product, amount and currency, for payment support, refunds and accounting. Google's policies describe the data Google processes and retains.
Manage purchases and cancel renewal in Google Play subscriptions. After cancellation, access continues until the end of the paid period according to your purchase status in Play. Restoring requires the same Google Play account used to purchase PRO.
Send privacy questions and requests for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, where applicable to data processed by the developer, to albertmoczadlo@gmail.com. For correspondence, we process your email address and message to respond, based on the legitimate interest of handling your request, and retain them as needed for support and applicable legal obligations. Do not send card numbers or passwords. Data needed for purchase support is processed in connection with contract performance and legal obligations. You may complain to your competent data protection authority, including the President of UODO in Poland. Use Google's account and contact tools for data processed by Google.
The app is a sports training tool for IPSC, IDPA and PRS and is not directed at children. The current policy is available at this address and through a link in the app. Material changes will be announced in the Google Play update notes.
